I think Nike has the best slogan that is often overlooked and underrated. “Just Do It” I reiterate this slogan quite often when trying to inspire people around me to start doing what they want to and/or have been planning. The only thing that is ever holding you back from doing what you desire to do, is you. You might be able to “justify” an excuse to be blamed on someone else or a certain circumstance, but you are the only one to be able to make decisions for you.

This makes me think of how some people have approached me in my life and how I’ve seen other experience certain situations to where they are either told or have been conditioned to think they have no choice. There is always a choice. I think when people have the idea that there is “no choice” they are only considering the certain situation to only have one outcome, the desired outcome. But sometimes you need those outcomes to come from adversity, to come from a place that forces you to rise out of your comfort zone and have an experience where you can learn and be better. I know this is somewhat obscure since there are niche situations where this might not apply, but you get the drift.

I know a lot of people who have so many ideas but something is holding them back. I always ask questions catered to finding out a deeper reason what is keeping them from their dreams. It all boils down to oppression. Don’t oppress your true self and stop blaming other people, things or situations that are keeping you from being happy.
