6 | What's Your Motivation?

Motivation is kind of tricky. Your motivation can be driven for yourself, to prove something you yourself or to someone else. Your motivation can be driven by survival. If you don’t work, you don’t eat. I hate that money makes the world go ‘round. It’s something I’ve always understand and the reason why I do the bare minimum in gaining money any way I can to focus on what makes me happy, my motivation to keep going.
I think that the underlying theme of motivation is to accomplish something for yourself that makes you happy. When you’re happy, you spread that to anyone you encounter. Most people I’m around tend to see the side of me that’s always cheerful and happy. It’s easier to get through situations, like work. One thing I’ve found to be a consequence of approaching these situations, is people then tend to treat you with less respect due to the lack of seriousness of your personality. But one thing I try to remember is that people who judge you this way, aren’t capable of understanding being able to get things done and still be efficient and effective with the job at hand. I tend not to care about people who come to these judgements because the people who acutally matter will see your worth. My work speaks for itself and that’s how I like it. Being happy as well as being able to continue being as effective as I feel like I am, is the ultimate goal.
